CardVision clocking in system is an uncompromising yet cost effective solution to time management. The easily installed clocking machine and instantly usable software interface ensure that the system can be painlessly introduced to your office environment.

Employees clock in and out simply by swiping their proximity card or fob in front of the clocking machine. This makes the clocking in and out process very fast, no queuing or waiting in line. Being non-contact, these have proven to be much more reliable and easier to use than traditional clocking in machines.

When employees clock in and out the clocking data is sent across the network to your PC or can collected on a USB memory stick. The SwipeCard software then automatically calculates each employee basic hours and overtime with accuracy and according to your working patters. The user friendly software allows you to view everything on screen and edit data as required, before printing reports or exporting data into Sage payroll.

Time sheet report
The timesheet report shows all clocking activities for each day of the week, daily hours worked and the weekly total. Overtime is automatically calculated according to your working rules and patterns. Anomalies such as absence and lateness also show on the report.
Man-hour analysis report
The man-hour analysis report is a summary of paid hours worked over a selected period broken down into basic and overtime. You have the option to view and print this report by department to provide you with a clear an accurate picture of total hours worked in each department.
Lateness report
The lateness report is a detailed record of each employee lateness over a selected period. The lateness record is indicated by the actual clocking time and the and the anomaly code associated with it. The "LAT” code is automatically generated once an employee clocks on beyond the expected start of a shift.
